End of the line

We reached it last night at Seatac, after 3 hours in security, missing our original flight, and then another 7 hours on standby. Northwest is unable to get us on a flight this weekend, and there are no reasonable options on other airlines. I called family at the cottage this morning, letting them know we were not going to make it. Drake and I are exhausted. Today our task is to go back to the airport to get our luggage when it returns from Minneapolis. And figure out maybe a little something to do this weekend. The scene at the airport yesterday was just unbelievable.

This weekend, I took a field trip to Costco to get ideas of what to buy for our upcoming family gathering in Wisconsin. I wanted to get feedback on the possibilities from my two cousins, who are also helping plan this event. So, I systematically walked around Costco and snapped a photo (with my phone) of anything that might be a "possible" for the Costco list. Then, I uploaded to photos to Flickr and sent the link to my cousins. This worked great! Much easier and more fun than sending a list.
