            <description>    &lt;p&gt;This is kind of an east-meets-west BBQ: marinate in five-spice and then brush with good old American BBQ sauce while grilling. Great with &lt;a href=&quot;http://hp.vox.com/library/post/walnutparmesan-green-bean-salad.html&quot;&gt;Parmesan-Walnut Green Bean Salad&lt;/a&gt;.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;3 T. Chinese five-spice powder&lt;br /&gt;4 T. dry sherry&lt;br /&gt;4 T. soy sauce&lt;br /&gt;2 cloves garlic, minced&lt;br /&gt;2 t. fresh ginger, chopped&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;Barbeque sauce &lt;br /&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;Combine all ingredients in a small bowl. Use to marinate up to 3 lbs. of chicken or pork. Marinate at least 4 hours, preferably overnight.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;Grill chicken or pork, brushing on barbeque sauce during the last several minutes of grilling.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/p&gt;    &lt;p style=&quot;clear:both;&quot;&gt;
