• 10:40 Day off today from Ring opera and lectures, but not entirely. Tonight KING-FM is broadcasting Siegfried from Cycle I.
• 10:42 We won't listen to the whole broadcast tonite, though - need to be rested for tomorrow's Gotterdammerung.
• 11:03 Moving from Quicken > Moneywell. We'll limp along without investment tracking till it's available in 2010...
• 11:05 Moneywell interface much easier than iBank IMO; MW is simpler but I think we could use some simplification on our finances
• 11:08 It will probably take a day to get Moneywell set up with accounts and spending plan; budgeting concept is good but different using buckets
• 11:12 Moneywell reports are simple, but in reality I don't think we need more than they pr ovide.
• 11:18 Another Moneywell Plus--can attach scanned receipt to xactions. We're starting with NeatReceipts to save receipts paperlessly...
• 11:19 ...but still need to see how to work with Moneywell and NeatReceipts together
• 18:20 I find office supply stores oddly therapeutic. All that organizing potential in one place! Got out with the single thing I needed tho.

• 07:01 Evaluating iBank - gads, they display deposits in a light green color that is almost impossible to read, and no way to change it.
• 07:10 Scratch that re: iBank, found a way to change the deposit amount color by doing web search on the issue.
• 07:37 Enough computer work - on to Day 3 of the Seattle Opera Ring. Lecture today at 10am; curtain goes up on Siegfried at 6pm
• 14:31 Back from the lecture. Gads, all the sitting is getting to me. And we've got a 5hr. run time tonite with Siegfried.
• 14:31 Going to give 30 minutes of yoga a try to loosen up before the 6pm curtain.

• 08:34 Off to the Seattle Opera Ring Symposium this morning. I could have taken a day off, but Mr. Adkisson really wanted to go.
• 16:30 Back from an urban hike. Reading #bba 12 stages of bread, which is fascinating. Excitied to get started w/the challenge.
• 17:35 It's a night off for the Ring (no opera tonite) but to keep things festive, we're going out to dinner at a place we wouldn't normally go...
• 17:37 ... a kindly person gave me a gift certificate ~ the restaurant's right on Lake Union and it promises to be a beautiful evening
