• 07:41 Last night's marionette opera-Don Quixote-at NW Puppet Center was fantastic. Such a treat to be able to see "puppet opera" locally.
• 07:43 Marionette opera is not geared for kids - it's an adult art form - with live musicians and singers - and marionettes acting out the drama.

• 16:19 I am consistently defeated by our heavy-duty stapler. I cannot figure out how to replace the staples and I can't find a manual for it online
• 16:28 I resorted to asking a co-worker to help me with the stapler. Of course, it's super-simple when you know how. Argh.

• 12:14 I am sure someone has this figured out, but I wonder why swimming makes me hungrier than any other type of exercise.

• 07:02 Beautiful morn - we've got sun, we've got green trees, we've got a predicted hi of 71.
• 16:19 Our time-tracking system has the most irritating design flaw that makes it easy to enter hours in the wrong week. Which I just did. Argh.
• 16:21 The thing is, the flaw I know would be super-easy to fix. Classic case of low-hanging-fruit usability problem.

• 07:30 I encountered many "personalizing" options when dealing with my brother's passing; not pushed by the funeral home but brochures present.
• 07:35 It really struck me in planning both my Dad's memorial and my brother's how much the options available parallel trends in weddings.
