WIPs
The past couple of weeks, I haven't gotten much knitting done - what time I did have at home I spent getting together the iPhoto book for my Dad. The completed book arrived on Thursday and I love it (I hope he will, too). I'll get it shipped off to my Dad this weekend.
I've got at least a running start on this sweater:
I'm right at where the waist pinches in and I'm right on gauge! Yay - all that gauge fussing payed off (she says cautiously so as not to offend the gauge gods).
This picture does not do justice to the beautiful Donegal Tweed yarn I'm using. It is such a dream to work with and it is knitting up so beautifully. Where can you get this beautiful tweed? Well, I'm glad you asked! Through my lovely and talented cousin Chris who lives in Ireland and sells it on e-Bay. I am currently pining for some of this gorgeous blue turquoise tweed.
On this keyhole scarf, I'm ready to start the start the keyhole opening. This is a 30" scarf, so I only have 9" inches to go.
