Tomatoes

Here we go - another summer of growing tomatoes on our deck. Living in the city, this is as far as we go with gardening. Our friends P & K gave us these plants - they live north of the city and have an amazing garden every year. The first year they gave us tomato plants we got a stupendous crop  - we were still eating fresh tomatoes into October. The following year was almost a complete crop failure. Last year we got some tomatoes, but nothing even close to the first year. As is typical, Drake is skeptical but I remain optimistic. This could be another banner tomato year!
