Dark meat fan over here! Looks delish!
Well, these were mighty tasty! Actually, I baked two whole chickens, which I cut-up, splitting the breasts in half crosswise so that all the pieces are more the same size. (Drake's a white meat man, I can go either way so I usually wind up eating the dark.) The Pioneer Woman used Morton's Hot Salt on her version; I used something called Cajun Shake, part of a seasoning set we got from Drake's brother. It provided just a little bit of kick.
That looks incredibly good!!
