A bit crushed
I am lucky to love both my job and the company I work for. We had an opportunity with a new, high visibility client. I was really excited about the potential of the project. Well, they wound up going with another firm - one they had worked with before. The good news is that we got our foot in the door - so I am hopeful there will be future opportunities. Still, it's disappointing.
